We currently sell and ship products only within the United Kingdom.

2. Currency

All prices are given in GBP (pound sterling) /£. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) at the applicable rate. All shipping costs shown at checkout are final—no hidden fees or extra handling charges.

3. Shipping Cost

We offer free Economy shipping for all orders within the UK.

4. Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

5. Transit / Delivery Time

  • Economy delivery time: 4–8 business days (Monday to Friday) from the dispatch date.
  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

6. Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 05:00 PM (Monday to Friday), (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

7. Delivery Terms / Carriers

We work with trusted carriers, including USPS, DHL, DPD UK to ensure reliable and safe delivery.

8. Change of Address

If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@luxeara.shop or call us on +44 7403 604363. Address changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address.

9. Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 12 hours at support@luxeara.shop or call us at +44 7403 604363. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

10. Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 business days (Monday to Friday) of receiving the goods. Please send us photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer protection law.

11. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier’s system.
  • You can also log into your Luxeara account on our website to view your order status and tracking details.
